Nu inleder SISP och Teknikföretagen samarbete i teamutvecklingsprogrammet STEP.

Teknikföretagen och Swedish Incubators & Science Parks (SISP) ingår samarbete i teamutvecklingsprogrammet Startup Team Entrepreneurship Program (STEP) för att erbjuda svenska startups inom teknikbranschen en introduktion i arbetsrätt.
STEP (Startup Team Entrepreneurship Program) är sprunget ur inkubatorn Create business incubator och vidareutvecklat genom Swedish Incubators and Science Parks. Idag används programmet hos en stor del av Sveriges inkubatorer och Science Parks och har hittills hjälpt över 800 entreprenörer i 200 entreprenöriella team med frågor kopplade till teamutveckling och skalbarhet.
Genom samarbetet utvecklas en e-learningplattform där startups erbjuds behovsanpassade och skräddarsydda verktyg inom arbetsrätt.
Fokus ligger på att entreprenörer inom teknikbranschen ska slippa oroa sig för att göra fel i komplexa frågor som rör just att vara arbetsgivare och i stället kunna lägga mer tid på att utveckla sina affärer.

Technology companies and Swedish Incubators & Scienceparks (SISP) are collaborating on the Startup Team Entrepreneurship Program (STEP), which offers Swedish startups in the technology industry an introduction to labor law.
STEP (Startup Team Entrepreneurship Program) was initially created by the incubator Create Business Incubator and was later further developed through Swedish Incubators and Science Parks. Today, the program is used by a large number of Sweden's incubators and Science Parks, and it has already helped over 800 entrepreneurs in 200 entrepreneurial teams with issues related to team development and scalability.
As part of the collaboration, an e-learning platform is being developed to offer startups needs-adapted and tailored tools in labor law. The focus is on entrepreneurs in the technology industry not having to worry about making mistakes in complex matters related to being an employer and, instead, being able to spend more time developing their business.
