SISP and Teknikföretagen in unique collaboration through STEP team development programme

Teknikföretagen and Swedish Incubators & Science Parks (SISP) are collaborating with the Startup Team Entrepreneurship Program (STEP) to offer Swedish tech startups an introduction to labour law.

STEP (Startup Team Entrepreneurship Programme) originated from the Create business incubator and was further developed by Swedish Incubators and Science Parks. Today, the programme is used by a large part of Sweden’s incubators and Science Parks and has so far helped over 800 entrepreneurs in 200 entrepreneurial teams with issues related to team development and scalability.

Through the collaboration, an e-learning platform is being developed to provide start-ups with customised and tailored labour law tools.

The focus is on ensuring that entrepreneurs in the technology sector do not have to worry about making mistakes on complex issues related to being an employer and can instead spend more time developing their business.
