SISP and Teknikföretagen in unique collaboration through STEP team development programme

Teknikföretagen and Swedish Incubators & Science Parks (SISP) are collaborating on the Startup Team Entrepreneurship Program (STEP), which offers Swedish startups in the technology industry an introduction to labor law.

STEP (Startup Team Entrepreneurship Program) was initially created by the incubator Create Business Incubator and was later further developed through Swedish Incubators and Science Parks. Today, the program is used by a large number of Sweden’s incubators and Science Parks, and it has already helped over 1000 entrepreneurs in hundreds of entrepreneurial teams with issues related to team development and scalability.

As part of the collaboration, an e-learning platform is being developed to offer startups needs-adapted and tailored tools in labor law. The focus is on entrepreneurs in the technology industry not having to worry about making mistakes in complex matters related to being an employer and, instead, being able to spend more time developing their business.
