System innovation – Multi stakeholder collaboration

How can we practically succeed in collaborating on societal challenges? To work on system innovation, complex issues and towards missions, we need to meet across organisational and knowledge boundaries. At the same time, it is not that easy.

The seminar will focus on what we need to strengthen when we interact, what often challenges us and some success factors. There will also be extra space for discussions related to your own contexts.

How can we lead meetings and processes differently to actually mobilise in targeted collaboration?
What can help us reconcile different perspectives and manage conflicts of interest?
How do we create trust and favourable conditions?
