PRE-STEP

With the support of Vinnova, SISP, in collaboration with incubators and science parks, is currently conducting a mapping of the needs and tools needed to support companies in the early stages of development (also known as the formation phase) in terms of team issues. Surveys and interviews will provide a basis for developing the missing tools. The aim is to match the needs with tools that are relevant to entrepreneurs, idea owners and researchers in deep tech, life science and broad incubation. These tools and methods will then be implemented within the Swedish incubator system to strengthen the companies’ business development.

In the long term, we want to be able to offer relevant training for local business developers and coaches who can use the tools with entrepreneurs, researchers and idea carriers.

The project aims to strengthen Sweden’s incubator companies by providing tools and methods to address team issues in early phases, thereby promoting sustainability, inclusion and competitiveness within the incubator system.
