The new edition of the Swedish Climate Startup Map showcases an impressive selection of 508(!) startups and scaleups that are contributing to the green transition with their climate innovations and offer a wide range of technologies for different sectors, including agriculture, construction, energy, food, forestry, manufacturing, transport, waste and water.
The Swedish Climate Startup Map is a comprehensive map that gives startups and scaleups a visible platform to help increase their chances of finding customers, investors and expertise. The new edition of the Swedish Climate Startup Map presents an impressive collection of startups and scaleups driving the green transition with their climate innovations. It offers a diversity of technologies covering different sectors, including agriculture, construction, energy, food, forestry, manufacturing, transport, waste and water. With 508 companies listed in twelve critical categories for solving climate challenges, these companies also have the potential to create hundreds of thousands of new jobs in a global market.”
Many of the companies surveyed are either currently incubating at an incubator, or have been through a programme in the past. In this year’s list, this applies to 20 out of 42 companies.

The Swedish Climate Startup Map is led by SISP – Swedish Incubators & Science Parks, Ignite Sweden, Sting, Chalmers Ventures, Dalarna Science Par and LEAD (Business Incubator. It is part of Omställningslyftet, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth, Vinnova and Sustainable Energy Action, financed by the Swedish Energy Agency.
