There are many challenges in running a start-up. One of them is hiring and retaining staff. Sometimes you also need to lay off employees, for various reasons.

Teknikföretagen, in collaboration with SISP and STEP, invites you to a webinar where Carina Grip, a counsellor with expert knowledge in the field, goes through what you need to think about and how you can proceed, if and when the company needs to lay off staff, based on different scenarios.

During the webinar, Carina Grip will go through, among other things:

  • How do you dismiss staff for lack of work?
  • An employee misbehaves – what should you do?
  • My company needs to change direction and I need to hire new skills. How do I go about it?
