How can we measure and monitor the behaviour and performance of business advisors?

Many of us are constantly working on how we can lead, manage and develop how we work in order to better understand processes and improve our results. After discussions in the Board, this was now the subject of an ERFA meeting where we listen to examples and share experiences.

Emma Hansson and Jens Lundström from Arctic Business Incubator will present examples and lessons learnt from how they work with collecting and following up data from their core processes. Emma and Jens will also talk about how this is used by individual counsellors and also for setting goals and measuring impact in the business.

We also very much hope that more people who have worked on this will come and share their experiences during an informal digital lunch.
