Digital ERFA: Incubator chairs’ meeting – three chairs on their challenges

Being the chairman of an incubator can sometimes be a difficult balancing act between owner and organisation. It is often a rather lonely position that has to both drive external ownership issues such as financing and balancing different ownership interests as well as being close to the organisation and building a long-term strategy and culture. SISP has received many requests for experience sharing for this group (who are rarely included/co-invited to regular networking or ERFA meetings) and therefore we invite you to an informal digital lunch ERFA as a first step.

This ERFA will be aimed at the chairs of incubators (so dear CEOs of companies – invite your chairs to this!). Three different chairs will each present a challenge – and then hope to get feedback from the rest of you in the meeting.
