Skills shortages are a recurring challenge for most companies, including those in incubators and science parks. This challenge needs many different solutions – one is to attract and retain both national and international talent.During this lunch, we will hear from a number of actors who are working to attract talent to Sweden, the location and the companies. There will be an opportunity to share experiences and best practices that will provide new insights and practical tips.
