Digital ERFA: All Inclusive Innovation – increasing diversity and gender equality among our startups

January 23, 2025

12:00 – 13:00

Digital event

Open for all

During this digital meeting, we will present the results of two Vinnova-funded projects aimed at increasing the diversity of our entrepreneurs within the incubator activities.

The All in development project, run by Science Park Skövde, has investigated barriers for female and non-binary idea carriers in game development to start their own business and developed methods and tools to counteract these barriers. The development has taken place in close collaboration with other game clusters in Sweden and other relevant actors.

Brewhouse Göteborg, together with CSES, Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, and RISE, has conducted a feasibility study within the All Inclusive Innovation project. The feasibility study has provided insights into the current situation, risks and development areas linked to incubators’ attraction work and recruitment based on diversity and inclusion. The problem picture has been visualised and the foundation has been laid for long-term work for increased inclusion.

Presenters:

Jenny Brusk, Project Manager Science Park Skövde, presents the results from All in.
Charlotte Odbjer, Operations Manager Brewhouse, presents the results from All Inclusive Innovation.

Together, we will then present a proposal for an implementation project where we would like to invite interested incubators to participate in the application.

We conclude with a discussion.

A warm welcome!
