Basic training for actors in the academic innovation support system 8-9 April 2025

April 8, 2025

Stockholm, Sweden

Open for all

Welcome to two interactive days on 8-9 April, where participants will get a kickstart to our national innovation support system and not least a chance to broaden their personal network of innovation support actors!

4 reasons why you should enrol

  1. 9.4/10 in satisfaction scale
  2. Shorter start-up time from new hire to well-functioning employee.
  3. Focus on the system – not just the organisation
  4. Themes that are validated as relevant

Description
The aim of the training is to clarify the professional identity of business developers, innovation advisors and cluster managers and to establish a common ground and shared language between these actors. The ambition is also to ensure an exchange between employees within the innovation support system for increased understanding and collaboration.

The programme will provide

  • A shorter start-up time and faster productivity for new recruits
  • An understanding of the context and conditions of the Swedish innovation support system
  • A clarified role for the individual employee
  • A common language for concepts related to the innovation support system
  • A broader network for participants. As a participant, you become part of a national network consisting of different actors with different roles.
  • Increased efficiency in the Swedish innovation support system through a new and deeper co-operation between the staff of innovation offices – holding companies – incubators – science parks – clusters.

This basic training is a collaboration between SNITTS, FUHS and SISP and has been developed in co-operation with a pilot group consisting of representatives from all parts of the support system. It is also developed in co-operation with the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth, the Swedish Patent and Registration Office and the S3 pilot.

Tip! If you are also considering participating in SISP’s Basic Innovative Business Development (GIA) training, we recommend that you first complete this training and then continue with GIA.
