On 22-23 October, we invite you to the autumn’s physical meeting for business developers with the aim that you as participants will exchange experiences, gain insights and build relationships and contacts with each other.

Location: Kursgården Happy Tammsvik, Ådövägen 5, 197 91 Bro (40 min from Stockholm C)
Date: 22 October start 12.00 with lunch. Ends 23 October with grab & go lunch 12.00
Transport 22 Oct: A subscribed bus departs from Stockholm C at 11.00 on 22 Oct
Transport 23 Oct: A chartered bus departs from Tammsvik to Stockholm C at 12.30 on 23 Oct
Deadline for registration: 4 October (NOTE! Limited number of places – first come, first served!)
Who: Business developers from SISP members
Maximum three participants per organisation. Participation is free of charge for business developers except for the cost of hotel rooms paid by the participant (single room 1695.- / double room 1295.-). In case of cancellation after 10 Sep, the cost of the hotel room will not be refunded.

PROGRAMME

As last time, we have chosen to bring together business managers and business developers, but during the meeting there will be separate tracks for each target group. We are running in the course centre and from lunch to lunch this time. Everything to create a good place for learning and reflection.

One of the highlights this time is that we get to listen in on the comparative study that Rasmus Rahm from the Stockholm School of Economics and the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship has done on seven different national incubator systems (Sweden, USA, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, France and Spain).

For business developers, there will be an extra focus on:

  • How to better manage collaboration with and inflow from innovation offices and academia? Cases and presentations from Chalmers Ventures, Ideon and LEAD.
  • How to increase the inflow of female founders? Cases and presentations from Borås INK, Founders Loft and Create, which are some of those that are high on the lists regarding this in InkRapp.

And of course, the latest news from Vinnova and the National Incubator Programme (NIP), as well as a focus on the SISP member survey and advocacy work.

DAY 1: 22 October

11.00 Bus from T-Centralen (please plan your journey based on this bus. It is also possible to get to Tammsvik by public transport and by car, but SISP subscribes to a free bus for the smoothest possible journey. A separate email regarding registration for the bus trip will be sent to those who have registered. Please contact Nadia if you have questions about the journey)
